Couples Counseling is a place that couples come to when they are ready to communicate better, feel understood, end stupid fights or rekindle connection. Couples Counseling can sometimes be brief if you are willing to put in the work and commit to weekly sessions so that your therapist really gets to know you and your partner.
My goal in couples counseling is to help couples identify destructive habits and find ways to improve relationship dynamics. Your partner wants to be seen, heard and understood.
