Meet Carrie
I’m Carrie Meckler, LCMHC-S, LCAS, a licensed therapist in North Carolina (License #8934) with over 15 years of experience. I work with high-achieving women navigating anxiety and big decisions, and with women considering or navigating single motherhood by choice.
I’m a Single Mother by Choice myself, so I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. My approach blends DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, so you leave sessions with practical tools you can use in real life.
Rates and Insurance for North Carolina Clients
Initial intake: 53 minutes, $250
Individual therapy: 53 minutes, $200

Do I need to be in North Carolina for sessions?
Yes. Because I’m licensed in North Carolina, you need to be physically located in North Carolina during each session. I also see clients in Florida through my Florida telehealth registration.
